  Local Running Routes  
  Shaffer Road (North on Greenway)- 10 mile
-Park at Shaffer road Trail head, start at 106 mile rock at Riggin and head north on Greenway.
 
  Tuhey Pool 5 mile
-Start at Tuhey pool parking lot and go north on Wheeling or west on greenway trail along river
 
  Prarie Creek Reservoir loop - 9 miles
-Park at beach house and start loop heading north.
 
  Wapahani Summer run 3 mile course
-Start at high school and go west on loop to start.
